Attack on Christian TV Channel in Pakistan: Hector Aleem

12249924_10153335323934576_5016027339418794286_n

Pakistan has proved itself to be the most terrorist country again. This time the target was a Christian tv channel called “Gawahi TV” in Karachi city. Muslim extremists burnt the office of channel, they also burnt Holy Bible, Cross and other Christian books. The burning and destruction of Holy Books and Worship places of religious minorities is a common practice in Pakistan. This Christian channel has been receiving threats, the channel management asked for police protection but who can protect you when your country is against you?. These days Pakistan is criticizing India for discrimination against religious minorities but whats happening to Christians inside Pakistan is worse than any other country. There has been no news on Pakistani tv channels and newspapers on this incident because Pakistani print and electronic media is biased and extremist. There has been no condemnation by Pakistani politicians and government officials, because they are all terrorists. Pakistan is the epicenter of terrorism. I request you all to condemn this horrific act by Pakistan and please pray for this Christian channel.

Conspiracy against Hector Aleem

The article below was posted by Pakistan Observer (A Pakistani Newspaper) when Hector Aleem Chairman Peace Worldwide was in jail. If you read the full article, you can see that its against Hector Aleem. The article says that local Christians of Islamabad/Rawalpindi didn’t support Hector Aleem, the fact is that they came to support him but they were threatened and jailed especially Christian women and children by Pakistani Government which is why Hector Aleem asked them to stop supporting him for their own safety. The other thing you can read in the article is that Pakistanis like those who hide the discrimination against Christians (which is very common and extreme) in front of international community but do not like those who clearly shows the facts to the world. Basharat Masih they are talking about in this article is the one who was involved in trapping Hector Aleem in a false blasphemy case who was later released from prison by the government and then he started working for Shahbaz Bhatti as a security guard and after the death of Shahbaz Bhatti, Basharat continued to work for his brother Paul Bhatti. This shows the conspiracy of Pakistani government against Hector Aleem.

MYSTERY BEHIND SHAHBAZ BHATTI MURDER

Afshain Afzal

Sunday, March 06, 2011 – The cold blooded murder of Shahbaz Bhatti is one of the most tragic incidents in the history of Pakistan. Indeed it is an irreparable loss to the whole country. Like majority of Christians he was true Pakistani, a loyal citizen and follower of Hazrat Eassa Alhe Salam (Jesus Christ). The timings of this tragic incident were so selected and coordinated by the enemies of Pakistan to give a maximum fatal below to the unity of Christian community and salvation of Pakistan. Shahbaz Bhatti was born September 9, 1968. His father, Jacob Bhatti belonged to village of Kushpur and was an honest and patriotic person. His father entered in the field of education as a teacher and also remained as Chairman of the board of the Churches of Kushpur. In the Autumn of 2010 he was hospitalized inIslamabad and died on January 10, 201 due to cardiac arrest. Shahbaz Bhatti, after completing his studies, entered in the field of politics by joining Pakistan People’s Party. He was chairman of the APMA (All Pakistan Minorities Alliance), a representative organization of all religious minorities of the country including Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, Parsis and others. Presently, he was appointed as Federal Minister for Minorities.Shahbaz Bhatti was true follower of Jesus Christ and always worked for marginalized communities and religious minorities in Pakistan.

The assassination of Shahbaz Bhatti would remain a mystery for quite some time as anybody can be behind his killing. As usual the credit of killing has been put on the credit of Taliban, who took responsibility via a fictitious website but it can be western and eastern intelligence agencies behind to deteriorate law and order situation in Pakistan, it can be Christian rivals who are deadly against his popularity among Christian as well as Muslim or it can also be some Pakistani on the instigation of foreign enemy power. If we recall, it was September, 2010, when certain Christian leaders issued statements that Shahbaz Bhatti, Federal Minister for Minorities is not representatives of 20 million Pakistani Christians because they never elected him by their votes but a tool of ruling Pakistan Peoples Party PPP which selected him as Member National Assembly and then imposed him on religious communities as Federal Minister for Minorities to speak his masters voice instead to present true situation of oppressed and persecuted Christians in Pakistan and abroad. They claimed that “Federal Minister for Minorities was visitingVatican and Italy on directions of President of Pakistan to mislead international community on discrimination of religious minorities in flood relief”

One of the main reasons of the killing of Shahbaz Bhatti was, thus, his meeting with Holy Father Pope Benedict, Archbishop Mamberti, Cardinal Tauran and Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini which was not liked by many Christian opponents. In fact certain Christian national and international organizations wanted Shahbaz Bhatti to carryout propaganda against the Pakistani Muslim community that they are bent upon eleminitating minorities in Pakistan, esecially the Chiristian but this never happened. The fact cannot be denied that certain Christians organizations were deadly against Shahbaz Bhatti and were posioning the Christian community against him. Such people had prepared a long list of allegations on Shahbaz Bhatti, which he committed during his meetings with Holy Pope and Italian Foreign Minister in Vatican and Italy respectively; 1) He told them that the Muslim, who burnt alive seven Christians in Gojra and destroyed dozens of homes were not masked but committed crime in broad day light in presence of security agencies and police, 2) He told them that the Muslim mob which destroyed 75 homes of Christians in village Korian were locals and gathered on call by Imam from village Mosque, 3) He told them that the Muslim who burnt Christian homes in village Bahimnwali were not masked but gathered on call from local Mosque on loudspeaker, 4) He told them that gunning down of two Christians in District Court of Faisalabad took place in presence of hundreds of people 5) He told them that the Muslims who were nominated in First Information Reports (FIR) in relevant Police Stations were not prosecuted or sentenced because they are members of political party in allience with government in federation.

Another crime alledged by Shahbaz Bhatti’s co-religiosts rivals is that Shahabaz Bhatti negated allegations regardining denial of aid to Christians and Ahamadi community flood victims in Punjab during his meetings in Vatican and Italy. Shahbaz Bhatti is also accused of failing to get culprits of a teenage Christian housemaid Shazia who was killed in Lahore and punished doctor who was alledgly raped Christian student nurse in JPMC,Karachi. Apart from the fact that Shahabaz acted above religious discriminations in the greater intersets of the country, let us find out why Shahbaz Bhatti adopted such course of action.

As an example, there is a famous case registered against Hector Aleem inIslamabad’s Chack Shahzad Police Station, which is still in progress in the court. Beside a number of criminal cases registered against Aleem, he was also involved in the breach of Blasphemy Law. Only God knows what is the whole truth but on ground evidences reflect that a Blasphemous SMS from Bashrat Masih‘s number was sent to trap him. What can be the reason that despite pressure from foreign countries majority of Christians from Rawalpindi/Islamabad disassociated themselves from the issue. Although, Aleem is a very influential person and has contacts abroad as well as with personnel in embassies of US, India, Germany, Canada, France in Pakistan etc but he could not attain local support including that of Shahbaz Bhatti. In the instant case, the foreign powers, who pretend to be friends of minorities, did not support Aleem so it could not attract the headline of media and propaganda theme of various organizations and websites.

One wonders why Christian media, their Websites and organizations did not bother to even mention his name of Hector Aleem in campaign against Blasphemy Law? Many Christians claims that they cannot be a supporter of a cheat and a blasphemer. “Why it is so?” is a million dollars question. Shahbaz Bhatti knew very well about western conspirators who are using certain elements including Christian and so called moderate Muslims as tools to weaken Pakistan. The fact cannot be denied that the characters and loyalties of Christians in Pakistan are beyond any doubt.

There are, of course, some black sheep in the Christian community but they can be counted on fingers and even among them most are the one who are being instigated by foreign agencies. It is on recorded that some of the foreigners in Pakistan had have been engaged in activities in which Christians and other minorities were instigated to work against the state of Pakistan and fight for their separate entity. My personal observation as well as the view of all those to whom I contacted is that Christians in Pakistan are not less loyal and patriotic than any other faith or citizens of Pakistan. It is true that Christian community as a whole require government consideration for the immediate resolution of their grievances but due to foreign interference as their spokesperson they mistrusted by some elements. Shahbaz Bhatti, as a Minister of Minorities Affairs, has sacrificed his life for the cause of minorities and acted as a bridge between minorities and majority. It is high time that our minorities, especially Christians that they should trust their government and state officials. One wonders if instead of looking for foreign interference they should associate themselves with other Pakistan, irrespective of their religious background, their grievances and social discrimination would be removed.

Islamic Plan to Take Over the World: Hector Aleem

Written by Hector Aleem

Now days everyone is talking about cartoons against Islam and mohammad.  Muslim countries especially Pakistan are holding rallies and protest against the cartoons by burning the flags of France and pictures of cartoonists. They are also talking about a law that United Nations should have which can protect muslim rights and no one in this world could ever be able to say anything against Islam or mohammad. On the other hand, muslim countries don’t allow anyone in their countries to wear clothes of their own choice, non-muslims in Saudi Arabia aren’t allowed to go to mecca because it’s their holy place. Non-muslims cannot have nationalities of muslim countries and no one is allowed to debate or discuss Islam. Christians who are the native people of those Islamic countries cannot have freedom of speech and freedom of religion in Islamic countries but muslims who are only immigrants in Europe and USA ask for their freedom of speech and freedom of religion. They don’t care that there are other people and religions in the world e.g. Christians, Buddhists, Hindus and atheists who don’t accept mohammad as their prophet and Koran as a holy book, there are contradictions among different denominations of islam who don’t accept other denomination as a muslim which makes them a minority, how can a minority impose its religion on majority? Christians are being forcefully converted to islam and they have to hear debates and insulting words against Holy Bible, Christianity and Jesus Christ in Islamic countries every day.

When muslims say that there should be a law which can protect muslims and their prophet and the violators should be punished, this means that they want to impose sharia all over the world. United Nations doesn’t recognise any religion but still when they go there, they start with the name of Allah. By doing so, they are violating the charter of United Nations. They want to impose blasphemy law only for islam through United Nations all over the world. They want to ignore all nations of the world and ask for a law that respects them, their religion and prophet. They want a license to kill in the name of religion which they are already doing; we all know that from which religion do Boko Haram, ISIS, Al Qaida, Taliban and other terrorist organisations belong. I have seen muslims disrespecting cross, churches, holy signs of Christians, tearing and burning the pages of Holy Bible and spitting on holy signs and books of Christians. Instead, there should be a law against muslims that controls them not to disrespect anyone else’s religion. The United Nations charter says that everyone should keep their religion to themselves and do not hurt others by imposing any religion and insult other’s religion and this is the best thing anyone can do.

In the end I would like to mention mohammad ghouri, ahmed shah abdali, mehmood ghaznavi and mohammad bin qasim who were robbers came from Afghanistan and Arab to rob Hindu temples and eradicate peaceful nations like Buddhist, Christians and Hindus living there and they did it. I don’t know about other muslim countries but there roads, places and missiles in the name of these terrorists and they are mentioned in their syllabus as Islamic heroes in Pakistan. By looking at their history and so called heroes, who can say that they are peaceful or they can respect other religions.

Open Your Eyes

Written by Hector Aleem

Today the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan condemned India due to some incidents of forced conversions of Christians and Muslims. Pakistan says that forcing someone to change their religion is a violation of Human Rights but same kind of incidents are also happening in Pakistan in fact they are even worse. Forced conversions and ethnic cleansing of Christians is happening in every Muslim country in which Pakistan is at the top. Pakistan’s level of hypocrisy should be noted, they are doing it and are condemning their neighbor for the same thing. I on behalf of Peace Worldwide condemn India as well as Pakistan and all countries which are forcing their citizens to change their religion. This needs to be stopped.

Muslims are supported by their Muslim religious leaders who are also very active in politics. Same is with Hindus, Buddhists etc. Religious leaders of all religions are very active in politics of their countries but why only Christians are away from it? Why only the Churches are away from politics? Its time for Churches and all Christian religious leaders to participate in politics. They must ensure that Christians inside and outside their countries are protected. Because now, Christians look up to Human Rights Organizations, Intergovernmental Organizations, Churches and Christian leaders. Everyone wants to pray for them but no one wants to help them. Christians all over the world are one body in Christ, when a Christian in Middle East is hurt, Christian from the West should feel the pain. Its time for Christians to Open their eyes as well as hands.

Hector Aleem vowed to put up a fight against any hurdles

The article posted below is from “Dawn News” a famous newspaper in Pakistan. In Pakistan, it is claimed that Christians are protected and respected which is a lie. They only want to be respected, they don’t want to respect. They cannot even tolerate Churches and Holy Bible in Pakistan. Now the whole world should know what their real face is. You can read the news from “Dawn News” below:

Wasa, minority members head for showdown: Land grab near lake

Published Sep 28, 2008 12:00am

RAWALPINDI, Sept 27: The stage is set for a showdown between the Water and Sanitation Agency (Wasa) and some members of a religious minority on Sunday over the illegal occupation of a piece of land near Rawal Lake.

Wasa has long been criticising the head of an international NGO – Peace WorldWide – for allegedly encroaching 150 kanals close to a filtration plant on the pretext of building a church without the approval of the CDA, the agency or any other government department.

Some 500 Wasa employees have been asked to prevent the Christian community members from gathering on the site for prayers on Sunday, officials said on condition of anonymity.

The civic agency has also sent a letter to the United Nations, asking it to take notice of the head of its member NGO, claiming he was illegally occupying public land and inciting the minority members against government servants in the name of religion.

The officials told Dawn that Wasa had decided to confront the Christian community members when they would assemble near Rawal Lake. On the other hand, Peace WorldWide chief Hector Aleem vowed to put up a fight against any hurdles created by the government departments.

“Why the government did not punish people who desecrated the Holy Bible and Cross during a crackdown by the CDA staff on our members at Rawal Lake?

“We want the issue to be settled peacefully, otherwise we would apprise the international community of the issue,” he warned.

He said the occupation of land by the minority members was a reaction to the cold response shown by the police and the government towards the desecration that took place on August 11.

“The CDA’s anti-enforcement squad injured a number of our members and I talked to top police officials in Islamabad but to no avail. The government should punish and sentence those responsible for tearing up the copies of the Holy Bible,” Mr Aleem said.

He said on Sunday when the Christians would gather at Rawal Lake, the employees of Wasa should not disturb them, otherwise they would retaliate with the same force.

Wasa Managing Director Lt-Col (retired) Islamul Haq said the agency had the right to protect its land. However, he added that his department did not want to use force. He said the Punjab government would soon take notice of the illegal occupation.

It is to be mentioned here that some members of the Christian community claim that there was a church near Rawal Lake some 30 years ago but it was demolished by the CDA. Now they have vowed to reconstruct it on the same site.

But, Wasa says that how can a church be constructed at a place where the extension to the Rawal Lake Filtration Plant would be carried out on the orders of the Punjab government.

Hector Aleem, the victorious prisoner

Written by Liza S.Josephine

“I am sharing the testimony of Hector Aleem, Chairman Peace Worldwide with the world.”

My name is Hector Aleem. I am a missionary and a human rights activist. I did lots of work for Pakistani Christians. There was a church destroyed in Islamabad for which I raised my voice and took the case to the Prime Minister of Pakistan and asked to register case against the culprits who destroyed the church. Instead of lodging the case against the culprits, the government of Pakistan with the help of muslim extremists registered a false blasphemy case against me under section 295-C. and arrested me. They looted my house and destroyed my office and kicked my family out the house.

During my imprisonment, I was not allowed to see my family and after my arrest, I didn’t know that where is my family neither my family knew if I was alive or not. I spent those days in complete solitude and during that period police officers, high officials of prison and the government of Pakistan with Islamic scholars kept on insisting me to embrace islam. They offered me money, high status, luxury cars, peaceful life and women to marry but I always refused. When I refused, I got punished by them and they hung me upside down with hand cuffs and beat me with wooden stick on my feet, hands and other joints. They used to beat me unless I get faint, when I used to regain my consciousnesses they asked me if I still love Jesus Christ? My answer was always the same, “Jesus is my Lord and I will not prefer anyone above my Lord Jesus Christ” then they start beating me again and this continued for four years. I was threatened by them continuously that they would kill my both sons and convert my daughters and wife to islam. In the meanwhile, my family continuously received threat letters and death notes. I was tortured in worst possible way both mentally and physically but I accepted the torture and solitude instead of leaving my faith and Jesus Christ. I got arrested due to my faith and spent four years in prison for the same reason. Jesus Christ, whom I chose not to leave had never left me. He kept me and family safe, I was not able to bear a little pain due to my heart condition but I tolerated much during my time in prison.

I was released and acquitted from the case that has death penalty; no one has ever been acquitted from this case in the history of Pakistan. My life, especially the time of my imprisonment is full of miracles and I have many testimonies. I will keep sharing my testimonies with all of you and I am thankful to God Almighty that He has saved me and gave me new life. Today I am out of that country and living a peaceful life with my family which is a great blessing to me. Be strong in Jesus name. Amen.

Christianity will live on in Iraq: Column

Despite centuries of persecution, violence rarely has the last word.

Weeks before its first horrendous beheading of an American journalist, the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria gave Christians in Mosul, Iraq’s second largest city, a stark one week choice: Convert or face execution. Christian houses were marked with a black “N” — for Nazarene, a reference to Jesus.

Those who fled were, as a refugee named Raad Ghanem put it, “stripped of everything. Money, wallets, jewelry, ID, passports, watches, everything.” For the first time in 16 centuries, there are no Catholic masses in Mosul on worship day.

This persecution has reached well beyond Mosul. As recently as 2003, roughly 1.4 million Christians lived in Iraq. After more than 60 church bombings and ISIL’s recent campaign to exterminate religious minorities, the numbers have dwindled. Syrian Christians are under equally serious assault, as are Coptic Christians in Egypt.

But history offers a glimmer of hope in the midst of this darkness. It is not just that refugees from persecution often find a home in new countries where their beliefs can flourish, as Catholics and Jews did in 19th century America, and Protestants did before that. The more profound truth is that violence rarely has the final word, even in the country from which a religious minority has been excluded.

The Roman Empire sought to snuff out Christianity on several occasions, most famously during the reign of Nero.

Even when they were not actively persecuted, Christians often were forbidden from owning property and subjected to social stigma. Yet Christianity survived and eventually thrived. Ironically, Christianity’s own commitment to human rights — such as the dignity of women — was a key feature of its success.

According to sociologist Rodney Stark, Roman Emperor Valentinian was so worried about Christianity’s attractiveness to women that he issued an order in A.D. 370forbidding Christian missionaries from making visits to the houses of pagan women.

In the modern era, China clamped down on Christians during the infamous Cultural Revolution. The Chinese leadership was ruthlessly efficient, and for years few known Christians could be found in China. Yet as soon as cracks opened in the oppression, Christianity began to spread. Two of the 21 best known leaders of the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests are now ordained priests, and the number of Chinese Christians is now thought to be roughly 60 million.

Beliefs that no longer seem to make sense of the world may fade. This is why we don’t worship Baal, as the ancient Phoenicians did, or offer libation to Greek gods and goddesses. But any religion or system of thought that speaks to our deepest needs cannot be kept at bay forever, no matter how virulent the oppression. It will always spring back as soon as it is given an opening.

Christians are not perfect. Christians have sometimes been responsible for repression themselves, as in the Crusades and the Inquisition in the Middle Ages. But so long as Christianity continues to enable men and women to navigate the complexity of their lives, it will withstand even the most awful oppression.

The resilience of Christian beliefs obviously should not be an excuse for complacency as ISIL continues its rampage. Millions of Iraqis and Syrians live in constant fear. ISIL’s disdain for human rights cries out for a response. The U.S. and other countries need to do whatever they can to help restore order in this time of chaos.

But we can take comfort knowing that repression in Mosul and elsewhere will not be the end of the story. Although something precious is lost if an ancient tradition is severed, even temporarily, Christianity will one day return to Iraq. It always does.

David Skeel, a law professor at the University of Pennsylvania, is author of True Paradox: How Christianity Makes Sense of Our Complex World.
